Our new American cuisine is inspired by our love of local, fresh, and sometimes unique ingredients. Our restaurant sits on 5 acres, of which 3 acres are dedicated to our farm.
Our commitment is not only to provide exceptional food and service to every guest, but to be conscious of our impact on the environment. Our mission is to constantly do better by educating ourselves as well as others on our impact. We are devoted to constantly improving. Whether it be our farm, our local farm partners that share our values and passion, or our policy and procedures we implement to reduce food waste. We strive to continue our efforts through composting, recycling, and curating menus that reflect sustainable and seasonal produce and proteins.
