FAQs
Attire
Our dress code is to ensure that each guest is afforded a comfortable and welcoming dining experience. We ask that guests dress smart casual. We acknowledge we are located in a lake town, but ask that our guests avoid wearing anything overly revealing or any beachwear.
Location
Our address is 1819 Inverness St, Sylvan Lake. Our cross roads are Orchard Lake and Middlebelt. Middlebelt turns into Inverness.
Reservations
All reservations are exclusively booked on Tock and can be made up to 60 days in advance. Make a reservation through our website by clicking “RESERVE” at the top right. If there is no availability on your preferred reservation date, you may add yourself to the waitlist.
Should availability open on your preferred date, you will receive an email via Tock to book the available reservation. To change or cancel an existing reservation, inquire about allergies or dietary restrictions, please email us at info@sylvantable.com or call our phone number after 2pm.
Walk-ins
When available we accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis, but we recommend making a reservation. We also offer full dinner service at our bar.
Time At The Table:
When we are completely booked for the evening, we may ask your party to move to our retail area for drinks after your meal is finished and 90 minutes have passed.

Get to know us
At Sylvan Table, sustainability is integrated into every part of our process. From hand-prepped garden beds to composting farm scraps, it focuses on closing the loop on material use. Starting from nearly scratch, our restaurant has transformed unused land into a working farm, showing how underutilized spaces can be reimagined for sustainable food production. Rick Rigutto, farm manager; Nicole Ryan, owner; Christopher Gadulka, executive chef; and Sadie Simon, general manager, share a vision of reducing waste in the restaurant industry. Their partnerships with local farms keep the menu seasonal and sustainable, while they continue to seek reliable recycling and composting partners and pursue long-term environmental goals.
