Patagonia Dinner
“...When I opened my first restaurant, it wasn’t only about the cooking; it was almost more about the flowers, the candles, the celebration, the joy.”
That’s a quote from famous Argentinian chef Francis Mallmann, although it may as well be attributed to our founder Nicole Ryan! Nicole is celebrating the passion and knowledge she acquired during her stay in Patagonia with the famed chef here at Sylvan Table on April 16th at 6:30 PM.
This 5-course dinner, located on our insulated patio, will highlight authentic and eclectic Argentine dishes featuring techniques and recipes popularized by Mallmann and his team.
Pricing: $100 for dinner with an optional wine pairing for $50 (not including tax or gratuity)

Farm Classes with Rick
On select Saturdays from 10am to 12:30pm, our Farm Manager Rick Rigutto is giving classes on how to plan your garden throughout the year. With valuable gardening lessons from Farmer Rick, the classes also include a tour of Sylvan Table Farm, plus refreshments and a light lunch at noon.
